Room Bookings

Occasional
Faculty should email Fountain Multimedia at lc@nscad.ca for occasional N320F bookings. 

Long-Term
Faculty are required to forward long-term N320F room booking requests to their Department Chair.

Students
Faculty are required to make N320F room bookings on behalf of their students.

Room Keys

Short-Term Loans
Multimedia provides short-term N320F key loans (2 days) to faculty & students (if approved by faculty).
Please email Multimedia at lc@nscad.ca or drop by the Help Desk (N320) to sign out a N320F key.

Long-Term Loans
For a semester-long N320F key loan, faculty must contact James Rae (jrae@nscad.ca | Facilities Manager) directly.

Lock Box Key | Needed to access Remotes for Projector, Sound System, etc.

Short-Term Loans
Multimedia provides short-term N320F Lock Box key loans (2 days) to faculty & students (if approved by faculty).
Please email Multimedia at lc@nscad.ca or drop by the Help Desk (N320) to sign out a N320F Lock Box key.

Computer Stations | 21 Total
Each Computer Station: Mac mini (w/ mouse & keyboard) & Monitor | *All N320F Mac minis print to the North Block Printer.

Scanner
A digital flatbed scanner is connected to N320F Computer Station #13

Instructional Cart | Computer Station #5
Connects to Digital Projector via Mac mini

Projector | Ceiling Mounted
Digital Projector (Connects to Instructional Cart Mac mini | Station #5)

Sound System
Sound System w/ Wall Mounted Speakers (Connects to Instructional Cart's Mac mini | Station #5)

Other Equipment
A Slide Remote is available for loan from the Fountain Multimedia Help Desk (Rm N320).

Software

Software Requests
Faculty must submit a Software Request Form for additional software required for their N320F class(es).
The Software Request Form is due before each semester by the required deadline.

Software List
The following software is installed & updated on the N320F Mac minis for the Fall 2024 Semester:
