Room Bookings

Occasional
Faculty should email Fountain Multimedia at lc@nscad.ca for occasional N320A bookings. 

Long-Term
Faculty are required to forward long-term N320A room booking requests to their Department Chair.

For Students
Faculty are required to make N320A room bookings on behalf of their students.

Room Keys

Short-Term Loans
Multimedia provides short-term N320A key loans (2 days) to faculty & students (if approved by faculty).
Please email Multimedia at lc@nscad.ca or drop by the Help Desk (N320) to sign out a N320A key.

Long-Term Loans
For a semester-long N320A key loan, faculty must contact James Rae (jrae@nscad.ca | Facilities Manager) directly.

Equipment

Instructional Podium
Mac mini (w/ mouse & keyboard) & Monitor | *The N320A Mac mini prints to the North Block Printer.
External DVD Player (Connects to Mac mini via USB cable)
External USB Hub (Connects to Mac mini via USB cable)

Projector (Ceiling Mounted)
Digital Projector (Connects to Instructional Cart's Mac mini via HDMI cable)

Sound System
Sound System w/ Wall Mounted Speakers (Connects to Instructional Cart's Mac mini via 1/8" cable)

Other Equipment
A Slide Remote is available for loan from the Fountain Multimedia Help Desk (Rm N320)
*Blu-ray Player & VHS Player are currently unavailable.

Software

Software Requests
Faculty must submit a Software Request Form for additional software required for their N320A class(es).
The Software Request Form is due before each semester by the required deadline.
